Dual-Ended Pencil

Issada Powderliner features a dual-ended applicator for smudgy, smokey looks. The pencil draws a soft powdery line of colour to enhance the eyes. Colour can be diffused or blended with the specially designed sponge tip.

The unique formula delivers a powder-like finish to prevent eye liner from slipping and smudging. The soft, malleable pencil contains Candelilla Wax for a soft and supple application, antioxidant Vitamins C and E for protection and natural Kaolin for staying power.
